Israel Philately: NEW ISSUE SERVICE

If you are not yet a member of our ISRAEL NEW ISSUE SERVICE, now is the time for you to join. Israel's stamps in the past few years have been steadily gaining in popularity. The total cost of a full year has been slowly creeping upwards, and the prices of the last 20 years have slowly risen in the marketplace.

All NEW ISSUES can be purchased at 15% OVER FACE, plus a minimal $3 charge for postage and handling (plus registration fees if the shipment is valued over $50.) To keep these costs to a bare minimum, we send out selections ONLY ONCE A YEAR, within 2 months of the close of the previous year. We found that most of our customers prefer to do business in that way, as they only put their new issues in their album or stockbook while waiting for their new album pages anyway, as well as saving considerable postage having it mailed 4 times a year as is the case with the Israel Philatelic Authority.

Each invoice will show, in detail, the face value of your entire shipment, broken down by date of issue, the 15% NEW ISSUE SERVICE will be shown separately as with the postage and handling costs. For our Canadian customers, the rate of exchange will be shown for every issue, and applicable taxes will be added. In addition, each invoice will show the balance remaining in your account; your re-deposit on time will ensure you NEVER EVER miss any new issues EVER AGAIN!

Because certain quantities of new issues are purchased expressly for our new issues service customers, a minimum deposit of $50 is required to activate your account per unit ordered. A unit is either a stamp or series of stamps, or a first day cover. Consequently, a tab or plate block is 4 units, for a $200 deposit; stamps and first day covers are two units for a $100 deposit, etc. All deposits must be by cheque only; credit cards are not accepted for the new issue service.

You can check off your new issue requirements on the form that follows, and return immediately with your cheque to ensure that all new issues are received. Any new issue missed can be purchased at the regular prices as noted on our price list. We have a large following of satisfied Israel customers in over 15 countries and we are sure that you can be counted among them!
