Ordering online with Judaica Sales is easy. Simply browse our extensive lists until you find something that really grabs your attention, and with our large selection of thousands and thousands of items, it's sure to happen sooner than later. While browsing the lists, you may want to see an image of certain items. When an item has an image available, an icon will appear next to its description which you can click on to see that special item.

Once you come across an item you would like to order, you simply click on the price of that specific item to add it to your shopping cart. You may continue browsing through our catalog and adding additional items to your shopping cart, or proceed to the checkout to complete your order. A page will be produced which you can e-mail, print and mail or fax to Judaica Sales.

Please note that printing with all versions of the Mozilla Firefox browser may produce errors. It is recommended, when possible, to print your order with Internet Explorer.

Payment and Shipping Terms

Please read our terms carefully before ordering to avoid any misunderstandings.

CANADA

  1. All prices quoted on www.judaicasales.com and in our terms are in US funds only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. Minimum Postage/Handling is $3 up to 200 grams. Over that weight actual postage costs apply. If you're not sure of weight, please check with us BEFORE remitting payment.
  3. For shipments valued at over $100 it is recommended that registration be added to protect your purchase from loss or damages, which, although rare, may occur; otherwise shipment is made by ordinary first class lettermail at buyer's risk. Registration is available for $9 (plus postage). Note: Registration offers a minimum $100 coverage. Each additional $100 coverage costs $2.05. To avoid charging you with exorbitant postage costs, we register ONLY for $100, and add our own private insurance, which is a fraction of the cost of the post office. This is why the postage on the package may not always agree with the amount charged. Expedited insured mail for large packages is also available as an alternative to registered mail – please inquire.
  4. Payment in Canadian funds is accepted and may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bank or Post Office Money Order or personal cheque, using the Royal Bank exchange rate on date of processing. PayPal is accepted only in US funds. Cash is acceptable in US $ or CDN $ but is sent strictly at buyer's risk.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: Canadian customers, whether paying in Canadian or US funds, must add 5% GST or the appropriate HST on cost of item plus postage. Quebec customers must add 9.5% QST on cost of item plus postage plus GST.  

USA

  1. All prices quoted on www.judaicasales.com and in our terms are in US funds only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. Minimum Postage/Handling is $3 for most light shipments up to 100 gr or 3.5 oz. Over that weight actual postage costs apply. If you're not sure of weight, please check with seller BEFORE remitting payment. Combine multiple purchases to save postage costs.
  3. For shipments valued at over $100 it is recommended that registration or small packet insurance be added to protect your purchase from loss or damages, which, although rare, may occur; otherwise shipment is made by ordinary first class lettermail at buyer's risk. We suggest small packet insurance for shipments valued up to $100 Canadian at a cost of $7.75 (includes postage) up to 250 gr. (Check with us for items over that weight). For shipments valued over $100 Canadian we suggest registration which is available at $14.50 (plus postage). Note: Registration offers a maximum $60 coverage. To fully cover your shipment we add our own private insurance. This is why the postage on the package may not always agree with the amount charged. Expedited insured mail for large packages is also available as an alternative to registered mail – please inquire.
  4. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank or post office money order and personal US cheques drawn on a US bank with no exceptions. Cash is acceptable in US $ only, but is sent strictly at buyer's risk.  For credit card payments, total charged will be converted into Canadian funds at the official Royal Bank of Canada rate of exchange on date of processing; you will be billed by your credit card company in US$.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: Small differences may occur on your credit card bill due to fluctuating exchange rates. Kindly also take into consideration that all Credit Card companies charge a hidden 2-3 % added to the official rate of exchange when processing a charge that is outside of the purchaser's country of residence. We have no control over this administrative charge; if you wish to avoid this charge, you may pay by cheque or PayPal instead.

INTERNATIONAL
